Talent Representative & Management Agreement

Please find below the DMC Talent Representative & Management Agreement

• I understand that this is an on-going agreement and there is no lock in period and that I can cancel at anytime unless I am booked in for a role, then I understand I need to wait till the role is completed and payment has received for this production.
• I understand that by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions I am not exclusively signed with DMC Talent and that I am not represented with no more than two (2) talent and/or management agencies for Extra or Acting Roles.
• I confirm that I am not exclusively represented with any other agency and DMC Talent is free to represent myself. If I am with another agency who requires any commission for any work booked and completed through DMC Talent, this will be deducted from my own earnings.
• At all times on set, be friendly, polite and act with professionalism, • Always arrive on set at least 15 mins prior to my start time
• I agree to wear closed in shoes to set and whilst on set at all times unless requested otherwise by Wardrobe Department
• I will ensure to be freshly showered and abide by the personal hygiene requirements as stated in the booking email
• I will not enter any trailer’s whilst on set unless instructed. This also includes Catering, Hair, Makeup, Wardrobe and Main Cast Trailers.
• Maintain a valid mobile phone, email and emergency contact on my profile at all times
• Give Permission for DMC Talent to represent myself and submit my profile for all roles that I fit the criteria for.
• I understand that DMC Talent is a booking agent and will endeavour to promote all talent to their fullest potential, but cannot guarantee any particular role as final decisions rest with the Production Companies Casting Directors.
• I agree to the DMC Talent Booking Commission Fee of 10% for Acting, Extra, Featured, Bit-Part, Cast Stand-in, Body Double, Singer, Dancer, Voice-overs of the gross negotiated fee. Unless individual state law requires otherwise and would be capped at the maximum permitted within the state law.
• I agree to the management fee commission which is capped at 10% for the additional services provided which includes but not limited to casting profile setups and management, organising auditions for talent, management of career, advice and development of the performer, publicity and media interviews.
• I understand that if I accept a booking and I do not show up for the job without 24 hour’s notice of cancellation that I will be charged for the lost Booking Fee for that job. This is payable within 7 days otherwise my representation will be removed and all future bookings will be cancelled.
• Ensure my on-line website profile details remain current and your photographs are a true representation of my current look. Photo must be updated every 12 months unless my look changes, which require immediate new photos.
• I understand that the production houses are responsible for payment of wages, tax, super and holiday pay, not DMC Talent. Once your payment has been received by DMC Talent, the agency commission is taken out and you are paid direct into your bank account and the payment advice including your payslip and payment breakdown is provided to you via email.
• Agree that your feedback comments can be used on our website or online media
• No Alcohol or illegal drugs are to be taken before, on set, or during any breaks. If you are caught, the production have the right to send you home and this may affect your payment and my profile terminated immediately. You will be charged the booking fee, payable within 7 days and all future bookings will be cancelled
• Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes to any agency staff, crew, other talent or clients. This is includes also harassment through social media as well
• I agree all cameras including cameras on mobiles are strictly prohibited from any sets. If caught using a camera the production has the right to confiscate it and may send me home unpaid. I will be charged the booking fee that is payable with 7 days and all future bookings will be cancelled.
• I agree that all your personal belongings taken on set are at your own responsibility. DMC Talent takes no responsibility for any items lost, damaged or misplaced whilst you are on set,
• I agree to receive emails, texts and phone calls by, or on behalf of DMC Talent.
• Any breach of the above entitles DMC Talent to suspend your representation until rectified.
